Individual Training Part 3: One-Two Movement April 14, 2017

Previous post illustrates on how you can feint your opponent to gain that invaluable space. Today, we’ll learn on how you can exploit the space with and without using the ball by following these 2 steps:

Step 1: Pass to your nearest teammate while standing by to make a run

Step 2: Run towards an empty space while be alert on receiving a pass from your teammate


Tip: Your eye coordination between the ball and your teammate is key for a successful one-two movement.
